Men who have sex with men (MSM), particularly Black and Latinx, often face difficulties accessing sexual health services. Antón Castellanos Usigli has worked to innovate access to sexual health services for MSM leveraging the power of peer-to-peer relationships and hookup apps at Wyckoff Hospital in Brooklyn and most recently at Fenway Health in Boston with impressive results.
