Healthcare programs that do not fully understand the needs and behavioural patterns of their patients will eventually fail. At ACU Innovation and Consulting, we have years of expertise in developing high-quality qualitative and quantitative research that unravels the array of experiences of patients with healthcare programs and identify what makes them stay and what makes them leave.
